If anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, or unhealthy behaviors have been controlling your life, you do not have to face these challenges alone. Therapy can help you take back control of your life, helping to slow racing thoughts, interrupt the cycles that keep you stuck, and cultivate practices that allow for genuine rest and renewal without guilt. With the right guidance, you can begin to reclaim your sense of self and start achieving the goals that are most important to you.

“Becoming your best self is a journey of returning to who you’ve always been, beneath the expectations, fears, and doubts.”
My approach is evidence-based and personalized to your needs.

Welcome, I'm a Los Angeles therapist who specializes in helping adults, adolescents, and working professionals manage anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and addiction issues. Many of my clients have achieved success in their careers and personal lives, yet still find themselves weighed down by self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a frustrating cycle of destructive patterns and behaviors. Despite all their efforts to improve, they continue to feel stuck, struggling to 'stay above water' and hold it all together.
If this sounds like you, you are not alone, and therapy can help you move beyond the limitations that are holding you back. In therapy, our aim is not to “fix” you. Instead, it is to deepen your self-awareness of what keeps you stuck, illuminate the feedback loops that constrain your growth, and support you in cultivating the practices and discipline needed to live with greater freedom, purpose, and authenticity.

My therapeutic approach is both collaborative and attuned to your unique needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and attachment theory. This integrative framework allows us to address the challenges you face in daily life while also uncovering the deeper patterns and formative experiences that continue to shape how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.
Therapy is about more than exploration. It is also about taking action and creating meaningful change. Together, we will work to understand the deeper roots of your struggles while moving toward goals that reflect your values and authentic needs. Along the way, we will build practices and structures that support lasting psychological and physical well-being, giving you the strength to reach milestones that may have once felt out of reach.
Therapy should feel both grounding and approachable, which is why I focus on creating a space where you can explore your experiences with trust and clarity at a pace that feels right for you. My commitment is to walk alongside you as you clarify your goals, work through daily challenges, and develop the capacity to navigate your thoughts and choices with greater intention and self-mastery.
